<p>AppBlock is a handy tool that helps you stay focused and eliminate distractions. With just a few taps, you can easily block apps on your phone, allowing you to stay on task and be more productive. Blocked apps are completely inaccessible, and their notifications won't interrupt you anymore. Not only that, but you can also block specific websites or phrases in Safari, giving you full control over your browsing experience.</p>

    <p>The simplest way to block apps is with Quick Block. Just tap the "Start" button, and your pre-selected apps will be blocked instantly. If you have a Premium subscription, you can even set a specific duration for the block.</p>

    <h3>Scheduled Blocking</h3>
    <p>With the scheduling feature, you can set up specific days or times during which blocking is active. Whether you want to block social media while at work or avoid work-related apps at home, AppBlock has got you covered. You can also combine the scheduling feature with location-based blocking for even greater flexibility.</p>
    <p>Stop worrying about manually blocking apps every day - let the Schedules feature take care of it automatically.</p>

    <p>To prevent yourself from disabling the app block and accessing blocked apps, you can lock AppBlock with the Strict Mode feature. With a Premium subscription, Strict Mode automatically starts as soon as any Schedules mode is activated. You can also choose a custom deactivation method, such as a PIN or connecting a charger.</p>
